1 thg 6, 2021 · I just managed to swallow an elevit the other day but when I tried again yesterday I full on choked and my husband had to whack me on the back to get it out! Not a fun experience at all. I read that elevit can be crushed up and taken like that. I tried putting it with a teaspoon or two of ice cream, and that was somewhat tolerable.

I've probably had one blister pack so maybe 10-12 tablets and have started to feel constipated over the last few days which is VERY unusual for me with IBS.
